How many weddings do you host at one time?

Just one, yours. If you don’t have exclusive venue rental and your reception is in the large ballroom or small ballroom only, there may be another event taking place but it would not be another wedding.

We’d like the entire indoor venue to be for us only. How do we make that happen?

A 150 adult guest minimum and the selection of one of our Premium Packages guarantee exclusive use of our entire venue. A minimum of 200 guests with our Traditional Package will also guarantee exclusive use.

Exclusive venue rental provides you with a beautiful cocktail hour lounge that is separate from your reception space.

What time can our wedding begin?

We typically begin weddings on Friday and Saturday’s at 6:00pm. Saturday daytime weddings receptions are 11:00am-4:00pm with a 10:30 ceremony start time if you’re getting married at La Bella Vista.

Sunday wedding start times are very flexible and can begin mid-day or evening.

Can we get married at La Bella Vista?

Yes! We offer beautiful ceremony spaces both indoors and outside. Our ceremony fee includes up to 200 ceremony chairs, music, wireless microphone and in house speaker system, a one-hour rehearsal and all on-site coordination. We’ll walk you through everything.

You would provide an officiate to perform your ceremony. We have excellent recommendations for you.

Do we offer food tastings at La Bella Vista before we book?

We offer Bridal Food Tasting’s periodically. If you’re already booked with La Bella Vista, you’ll receive one complimentary food tasting to help plan your wedding day menu.

There is a charge if you’d like to bring additional guests. If you attend a Bridal Food Tasting and book with us, we will credit two tickets off your invoice.

What role does La Bella Vista play in my wedding?

We are your wedding coordinators, providing you with a seamless experience with all on site coordination. When you book with La Bella Vista, your sales coordinator will follow you through all communication beginning with your tour to all meetings including being here on your wedding day.

You will not need a wedding planner for on-site details. We’ll provide you with all the experienced advice, vendor suggestions, and guidance you’ll need to make your wedding planning one of ease.

What do you charge for children and vendors?

Kids ages 4-12 and your Vendors are half price after your guaranteed adult minimum is met. Kids 3 and under not ordering their own meal are free.

Kids can order chicken fingers and French fries or one of the entrée choices you’ve selected for your guests.
Your vendors will be asked their entrée preference on your wedding day.

Yes! We’ve curated a collection of the areas most trusted professionals to help with you with the planning of your dream wedding. Our preferred vendors are carefully selected for their professionalism and utmost care.
