Our elegant ballrooms can host of up to 500 guests, however for weddings, we only accommodate up to 300 guests to provide an incredible yet comfortable experience for everyone. Our gorgeous outdoor courtyard can accommodate your most intimate ceremony surrounded by blooming flowers and an elegant waterfall. Our grand foyer with massive crystal chandeliers are sure to keep your guests talking about how beautiful your wedding is. With one of the largest marble dance floors in CT, your guests will be sure to celebrate the night away.
Ceremonies may be held in our private courtyard with a 30’ water feature backdrop and white pergola, surrounded by blooming flowers, shrubs and trees. Indoor ceremonies are equally as beautiful in our grand foyer showcased with high dramatic ceilings and an impressive marble turret.

Our Courtyard
Our courtyard provides the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding ceremony and reception.
The arch pergola provides a gorgeous backdrop accompanied by beautiful water features for you to exchange your vows. The spacious yet intimate courtyard can accommodate up to 200 chairs for your ceremony.
Not only is it utilized for ceremonies but also offers wonderful space to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres outside. The courtyard conveniently connects to our indoor cocktail lounge and is easily accessible for your guest’s enjoyment.
Our Grand Foyer
Our Grand Foyer welcomes guests with an remarkable ambiance.
You will be astounded by our Grand Foyer with its extraordinary crystal chandeliers. This space offers dramatic high ceilings, a marvelous mirrored fireplace, a large marble bar and soaring marble turret for breath taking photos. In the event of inclement weather, the Grand Foyer can accommodate a beautiful indoor ceremony up to 200 seated guests.

Our Grand Ballroom is perfect to host your Fairy Tale Wedding.

Our Cocktail Lounge
Your guests will be overwhelmed with our extensive cocktail and hors d’oeurves selections.
Our cocktail lounge offers the perfect venue for your guests’ maximum enjoyment by offering ample seating and high-top tables throughout while they devour hors d'oeuvres. This glamorous space is adjacent to the grand ballroom that is divided by an elegant sheer curtain and offers convenient access to the outdoor courtyard. The cocktail lounge also transforms into a surprise finish for your guests after dinner for a spectacular dessert finish of your choice.
Our Bridal Suites & Loft
Everything You And Your Bridal Party Need To Prepare For Your Big Day.
At La Bella Vista we offer two dedicated bridal suites to our couples getting married. Our bridal suites are located in the second floor loft that overlooks the dramatic Grand Foyer. Upon arrival, your very own Bridal Attendant will welcome the Bridal Party with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.
The second we toured the venue we knew this was OUR spot! Our wedding day was amazing and beyond what we could have ever imagined and it was thanks to the amazing staff at La Bella Vista. Most Asked Questions
Yes! We offer beautiful ceremony spaces both indoors and outside. Our ceremony fee includes up to 200 ceremony chairs, music, wireless microphone and in house speaker system, a one-hour rehearsal and all on-site coordination. We’ll walk you through everything.
You would provide an officiate to perform your ceremony. We have excellent recommendations for you.
Just one, yours. If you don’t have exclusive venue rental and your reception is in the large ballroom or small ballroom only, there may be another event taking place but it would not be another wedding.
A 150 adult guest minimum and the selection of one of our Premium Packages guarantee exclusive use of our entire venue. A minimum of 200 guests with our Traditional Package will also guarantee exclusive use.
Exclusive venue rental provides you with a beautiful cocktail hour lounge that is separate from your reception space.
We typically begin Weddings on Friday and Saturday between 5:00pm - 6:00pm.
Saturday Daytime Receptions are 11:00am-4:00pm with a 10:30am Ceremony start time if you’re getting married at La Bella Vista.
Sundays offer very flexible start times and may begin mid-day or evening.
We offer Bridal Food Tastings periodically. If you’re already booked with La Bella Vista, you’ll receive one complimentary food tasting to help plan your wedding day menu. There is a charge if you’d like to bring additional guests.
We are your wedding coordinators, providing you with a seamless experience with all on site coordination. When you book with La Bella Vista, your sales coordinator will follow you through all communication beginning with your tour to all meetings including being here on your wedding day.
You will not need a wedding planner for on-site details. We’ll provide you with all the experienced advice, vendor suggestions, and guidance you’ll need to make your wedding planning one of ease.
Kids ages 4-12 and your Vendors are half price after your guaranteed adult minimum is met. Kids 3 and under not ordering their own meal are free.
Kids can order chicken fingers and French fries or one of the entrée choices you’ve selected for your guests. Your vendors will be asked their entrée preference on your wedding day.
