We host a plethora of events at our pavilions from birthday parties, graduation celebrations, stags, showers, reunions, business/company picnics and more!

Our two spacious, covered, seasonal outdoor pavilions sit prominently on a hill overlooking the grounds. We offer two pavilion menu packages with enhancement options and bar possibilities!

  • 50 Adult Minimum
  • 4-Hour Time Frame
    • 12:00pm - 4:00pm
    • 6:00pm - 10:00pm
  • $300 Pavilion Rental Fee
  • Set-up of rustic over-sized picnic tables dressed with an Ivory Banquet Linen Tablecloth (Stag Events are Linen Free)
  • You may provide your own Cake & Cookie Platters
  • Final Count Due 14 Days Prior
  • Balance due day of the event & payable by Cash or Check only

Pavilion FAQs

No. We do not offer rental only. We are a full-service caterer providing all food and beverage. You may provide your own dessert with signed dessert waiver.

Any/all outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Unfortunately, we do not hold weddings in our Pavilions. Our Wedding Packages are known for being elite and stand apart. They are something we cannot currently recreate at the Pavilions while maintaining the consistency of our brand.

Pavilion events are rain or shine. Both Pavilions offer a large footprint to keep guests dry.

No, there is not. Portable heaters are not allowed due to fire code. If you’re planning an event at the Pavilions, please let your guests know it’s an outdoor event so they’ll dress accordingly.

Yes, There are fully functional bathrooms with running water; they are not porta potties. Men’s and Women’s bathrooms are a short walk from the Pavilions, they are also handicap accessible.

Yes, there is ample parking at the Pavilion level.

We offer rental of our Corn Hole sets for $50. You are welcome to provide your own games such as Can Jam. Items such as horseshoes, jarts & like items are prohibited for safety reasons.

Yes. There is electricity and a covered area for a DJ. Another option is to rent a PA system from La Bella Vista that includes a wireless microphone. Simply plug in your phone or device and groove to your playlist.

The Wi-Fi signal is spotty so it’s best not to rely on it.

We’ll provide an ivory banquet linen for the picnic tables and you provide the rest.
Any décor items provided by you can be hung by string only. We do not allow confetti or loose scattered material. No stapling, taping or nailing to Pavilion structures. No glitter or confetti filled balloons are permitted. There is always a steady breeze at the Pavilion, please plan decorations accordinly.

You may arrive 1 hour prior to your scheduled event start time.

The buffet will be served approximately 1 hour after your scheduled event start time. You may add first hour enhancements to your package. The buffet is served for up to 90 minutes and then removed.
